lunes: Complete the essay question found on p.158!
martes: **No school!**
miercoles: Complete the present perfect worksheet as well as the definition list. Please refer to the definitions in www.rae.es.
jueves: Nada!
viernes: Complete p.107 in white book.

Absent 21/09: We got a handout which measures daily progress. Self-evaluation sheet. Please ask me about it upon your return. We started a new essay question in the white book.

Absent 23/09: We got a vocabulary list for the next chapter in Triangulos. We also discussed the present perfect. We got 3 handouts. Ask me about the definitions, the listening/very sheet, and Segunda leccion (1).


Absent 24/09: We started checking the homework and then we discussed the grammar rules for the preterite vs. imperfect. We turned in the definitions and the worksheet.

Absent 25/09: We watched El hombre que volaba un poco and recieved a worksheet with voacabulary words. Ask me about the packet.

lunes: Write the paragraph and fill it in with the conjugated forms of SER or ESTAR.
martes: **No school!**
miercoles: Please read p.42 (Imperfect) and complete the ex#9 on p.42.
jueves: Nada
viernes: Nada

Absent 21/09: We got a handout which measures daily progress. Self-evaluation sheet. Please ask me about it upon your return. We practiced more Ser and Estar.

Absent 23/09: We learned the present perfect tense and took some notes. We will have to revisit this as it was quite difficult today. We did not get to begin the imperfect tense however, the students were assigned work to complete based on this concept. We'll see what happens tomorrow! No handouts were given.

Absent 24/09: We worked on rules between the preterite vs imperfect. We then tried to complete a series of questions.

Absent 25/09: We talked about study abroad opportunities.

miercoles: 4th pd only - please complete p. 18 in the purple book! 3rd pd - p.43 p.12 write the paragraph... 1st and 2nd p.17 and 19 in the purple book..
jueves: Nada
viernes:Complete the worksheet

Absent 21/09: We got a handout which measures daily progress. Self-evaluation sheet. Please ask me about it upon your return. We learned about -Car, Gar, Zar verbs. Please ask your amigo/a about the notes and/or refer to p.40-41 for notes.

Absent 23/09: We learned VDISH in most classes (except 4th pd H). We took notes about these irregular preterite verbs (p.42), Reviewed CAR - GAR - ZAR verbs (p.40) and in some classes we completed p.40 ex 8; and then did p.40 ex 7 on the headphones for a grade. We checked the homework which was p. 41 ex 10 but we didn't take it up. You'll need to make up the speaking part...

Absent 24/09: We watched a video in Spanish and re-told (in 10 sentences or less) the events that happened by using the past tense. I didn't pass out any sheets but we did get a chance to go over and/or make up work missed.

Absent 25/09: We completed a worksheet on Escuchar and lectura/cultura, vocabulary words with multiple choice questions and fill in the blank, in some classes we completed a paired activitiy. You'll need to ask me about 3 worksheets; the escuchar/lectura, the vocabulary words fill in and multiple, and the homework page for VDISH and CAR-GAR-ZAR verbs.
