Me gusta mucho la cancion, Me gustas tu del artista Manu Chao. Manu Chao es un cantante famoso y es de Espana. El canta en Castellano, Frances, Portugues, Arabe y por supuesto, en Ingles!
Tambien me gusta mucho la cancion de Shakira , Ojos Asi. Es una cancion con Arabe y Espanol. Es muy divertida!
La cancion, Falso Amor de La Union, es la misma cancion en Ingles , de Tainted Love. Muy awesome! Escuchala!

Spanish II tareas de la semana
This week's homework: 31 august - 4 september 2009

lunes: No homework other than study your vocabulary list.
martes: Study your lista de vocabulario!
miercoles: Study your lista de vocabulario!
jueves: Study your lista de vocabulario!
viernes: Study for your test on Tuesday or Wednesday!
Absent 31/8: We took the Quiz. Ask me about how to make it up! Period 3 will take their quiz on Wednesday's block.
Absent 1/9: SPN II H got a lot of papers returned. We went over them. They saw their grades and we did a writing exercise in order to help boost those grades! ; SPN II (2nd pd) - Completed the quote of the day, a few listening exercises and turned everything in for a grade. Ask me for your set of papers if you're in 4th pd. You don't have to come in to make up the listening exercises because they are in the book! Act. 20 p. 16/17; we completed Act. 22 (again);
Absent 2/9: SPN II took their quiz and listened to a story. We answered 10 questions about it. No handouts were given. Tomorrow, we'll go over that story.
Absent 3/9: Computer lab time! All spanish II classes went to the computer lab today except 2nd pd. We will try tomorrow (there were no spots). We created accounts on www.conjuguemos.com and completed 2 activities. We also learned how to use www.classzone.com - If you're back tomorrow, ask me about the computer lab paper! You can immediately go to classzone and begin practicing your vocabulary cards - with sound! Hope to see you tomorrow! - We didn't complete a quote of today but some classes rewrote the story about Patxi.

Absent 2/9: We read a story in class, retold it, then got points for retelling it! No handouts but we did answer 10 questions about the story and turned it in. Ask me about making up the elephant!
Absent 3/9: We didn't get to go to the computer lab but maybe tomorrow. Instead, we listened to the story and retold it again as well as recalled it by writing down what we remembered in our cuadernos de composicion. Tomorrow - there is a pop speaking quiz. You'll have to retell the story. If you're back tomorrow, you may sit out the speaking quiz, read the story and ask me to give you the internet information. We'll also be reviewing vocabulary for our test on next week!

Absent 31/8? = We completed a handout in class on listening and reading. We also debated on "Dangerous Clowns!" - ask me for a handout to complete in class tomorrow. Bring your white books to class.
Absent 1/9? : We completed section 1.8.2 - conversation; we read "El azafran" (again) and completed the second reading. We also completed the first of Audios extendidos. We turned in the whole thing for a grade. You'll get your summer readings back after Labor Day. We also changed seats. New seating arrangement for everyone.
Absent 3/9: We listened to everyone's news reports and debated about immigration. We had the first GREAT debate! Now you guys are getting the hang of it! Awesome! If you're back tomorrow, ask me for the "jueves tarea".
